Do things that make you feel great!

Of course, travel, the best educator, and happiness-creator uplift us and garners diverse experiences. These current days, travel is achievable in a van or car (the camping way) or on feet/ bicycle, along a trail. Exploring, either way, makes me happy. Today I choose a trail.

As a new member of the Dallas community, I have donned my mask, trail runners, and TAMU hat to find trails to walk and bike ride on where social distancing is the norm and I benefit my brain, legs, and lungs. One good outcome from one of my walks: the trail app I used featured my photo on its landing page. That’s an encouragement to walk and photograph more.

I feel so much better after a couple of hours outside, making the next stop, a grocery store, more palatable.
