Making every day count is like 1-2-3

  1. I discovered a new-to-me yoga studio. I’ve been twice with plans to go back,
  2. I made plans to see friends for coffee and lunch and reunion,
  3. I created a day for myself (I’ll do my nails, give myself a facial, and style my hair).

Enjoying the day makes the isolation blues go away.
