As I look around, I feel blessed by my home, neighborhood, friends, family and my Mark. We took a walk yesterday afternoon and ran into our friend and neighbor, Susan, and stood chatting for several minutes. How lucky for us!
We took to our yoga mats on the beach after sunset last night, overlooking a lit-up mall and Abu Dhabi theatre, with our friends Caroline and Julie. Breathing in the fresh, crisp air, my head, heart and muscles filled with bliss.
Look around, notice your surroundings, recognize the blessings. Everyday is a blessing. Embrace every moment.
