This morning, here in Missouri, we sprung forward and I slept in, so I enjoyed an extra hour of sleep. Along with the wonderful sleep time, I enjoyed a quiet wake-up morning. Then, as I opened my door to my living room, I saw out the windows a fierce blanket of snow falling from the opaque gray sky. Is this how the mid-west of the USA welcomes Spring? I don’t remember this from last year…
I will make the best of it. I will make some warm, comfort food and drinks. I am grateful for my warm home. I choose HAPPY.
