Last night Mark and I enjoyed our last PTA Gala benefitting the school our daughter attends. We’ve participated in these events since 1998.
This event was particularly emotional for me because our youngest daughter graduates from high school next month and transitions to college at the end of the summer.
The Hollywood themed Gala was at the stunning Ritz-Carlton hotel and enjoyed by over three hundred parents, relatives and friends. Red carpets, flashing paparazzi, video interviews and golden camels welcomed the guests as the sun set over the grande canal.
As they say, “The show must go on!” Cheers to this and many events celebrating friends and parenthood.
