I came back from my desert the same but different. I left several “things” in the desert: limiting beliefs, my thoughts spoken aloud, sarcasm and impatience.
I learned so much among the sand dunes and the dazzling women I walked with. The sunrises and sunsets will always bring me joy and gratitude. The dunes challenged me and made me laugh.
The memories and friendships I will treasure; the journey (from training to the finish line) remains a unique goal.
What will the next goal be? Stay tuned…. What about YOU?
