If you see something beautiful in someone, speak it.
Validate others. Tell them they are doing a good job, they are beautiful, they are appreciated. People need and want acknowledgement.
I went up to the cash register to pay for my new summer sandals. The woman behind the desk had a beautiful smile and a cheery disposition. I told her! She smiled bigger, stood up taller and said, “Oh, thank you! For that, I’m going to give you 30% on your shoes. You made my day!!” I didn’t expect that…but I’m grateful.
If you see goodness, speak your gratitude and acknowledgement.
