Step by step

For the past few weeks I’ve set a goal to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps  each day. I wear a pedometer and start it first thing in the morning and reset it as I crawl in bed at night.

So far, so great:  16,582 yesterday!

My 140km walk in the desert is 25 days away. This blog will detail the walk, my experiences, lessons, photos and tips for anyone wishing to take on this adventure.

To achieve a goal like this one, walk one step at a time.

Aloha,

Denise

We touch the dragon when we get to the turn around point. This marks half-way for the day.

One of our weekly training walks is along this gorgeous beach looking out to the Arabian Sea.
