Three (3) ways to add joy to your day:

I’ve discovered three ways to invite joy into your day:

  1. Laugh. Really loud and from deep within your belly.
  2. Get some sunshine. Walk outside in the sun; do yoga outside, ride a bike.
  3. Talk to and/or about your friends and family. Pride and joy naturally flows out.
