Tricks of hummus

When you want a healthy, easy snack, reach for hummus; especially if you make it yourself!

Chick peas + olive oil + garlic + lemon + tahini = amazing hummus. Voila!

Add carrots or discs of cucumber and you have a snack that’s chart topping!
