Spoonful of greeting: Happy 62nd Birthday to me!!
How did I begin my day? After a hug and a kiss from my HH, I JUMPED INTO THE FREEZING COLD POOL in our apartment. Why? That was my way to taking control of my health, prosperity, and future. I want to live a long life.
Here’s another spoonful: I’m writing a book, based on this blog, highlighting life’s gifts when you/I/we get out in the world and say, “Hi!” to people. The collection of life lessons and extraordinary experiences is targeted at travel enthusiasts, empty nesters, and transplants to new cities/states/countries. I hope you’ll follow the progress and enjoy the finale.
Your turn: commit to something small that can grow into something big. Make some goals and swing for the bleachers. Do something new, challenging, crazy, and meaningful. Today is the day.
