Some of the museums in our city are beginning to reopen: with buy ahead, timed entrance tickets. This makes me so happy. So, last night we walked to the Nasher Sculpture Center and what a treat it was!
After watching the movie, sitting in socially-distanced-arranged seats, we had a better understanding of the visions, the sculptures, the curators, and the placements of all the art. Mr. Nasher said, “Art is for everyone,” and this is true for this collection. There are sculptures of all kinds: foam, onyx, thread, 24k gold, and metals of many varieties.
Of course, I have to throw in some FUN when we’re out…
