I fell asleep smiling and a bit more fulfilled: Another Bucket List line item checked off yesterday. I was privileged to go on a backstage tour of the AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys football team. Since 2009 I’ve wanted to see the inside of the building, kick a field goal, and strike a yoga pose on the iconic field. I did ALL of that on a sunny Sunday.
AT&T Stadium, formerly Cowboys Stadium, is a retractable roof stadium in Arlington, Texas, United States. It serves as the home of the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League and was completed on May 27, 2009. It is also the home of the Cotton Bowl Classic and the Big 12 Championship Game.
Our friends joined us, making the tour even better, as we walked thru the locker rooms of the players and the cheerleaders, seeing where they store the turf, hold press conferences (in the sound-proof room,) sit in a luxury private skybox, and play catch.
This happy girl is always on the hunt for cool stuff to do and FUN friends to do it with!
*NOTE: video of me kicking the football was unloadable. I really did do it!!
Aloha🌺,
Denise
