“Nothing calls your attention more than RED,” said me. Love, hope, and passion are a few feelings red provokes. Another feeling is hunger. I’m delighted to share another ‘find’ along a walk: STK, the Steakhouse. It’s a new restaurant, bar, and scene on McKinney Ave in Dallas. And by scene, I mean to see and be seen!! Since it opened, many pro athletes have enjoyed the food and bevs, and yesterday, Tara and I did too.
The vast, anatomically correct red bull greets you at the beautifully blooming canopy entrance. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the weather and people watching. Our efficient and friendly server, David, greeted us and brought us our chosen libations. Yummm. The menu is extensive and creative. The GM Stephen Wright came over to chat with us and share his experience of the restaurant’s opening. We also met the sommelier, Rob, who has expertise in wines from all over the world.
