Reconnect – to join or be joined with someone or something else again after becoming separated.
Staying connected, as I implore at the end of each post, is so important to me. Since we moved frequently, and my friends are near to my heart, I must keep them in my life in any and all ways. So, when I get a text message that my friends from STL are in Dallas, you bet I’ll be there to spend a couple of hours with them. Spending some quality time with Kim & Mike, and their kids Christopher and Katie, and our Tara, was paramount to my sunny Sunday afternoon.
My new life statement is Hunt the good stuff. That means to me, find the FUN; enjoy people; learn new things; find good in everything.
We have four (4) more days, after today, to finish out the year doing all we can to make 2021 great/FUN/memorable. A lot has happened that’s not so great, but if we spin it, we can find good in just about everything. I count my blessings and express my gratitude.
