Today it’s sunny, windy and chilly. The trees have begun to don their golden-red leaves; some even have let them fall off the branches and spin to the ground.
Recently my nights are sleepless and thoughtful.
My trips this year have brought me so much joy and laughter. I’ve been with dear, long-time friends, my daughters, my mother and my recently-discovered family.
Every day is FUN, great and different. When I pause, I allow change and any zing that comes to me. I practice patience. I practice listening. I practice acceptance.
My NDB today: a new walking trail, with other people, in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Adventure awaits!
I will start each day with an open, grateful, accepting heart.
