It all began with a sofa. I watched as Mark Schnitzer ran to Calculus class, hurdling over a sofa, to slide into the room before his teacher closed the door, rendering him tardy. He made it. He took my breath away!
Then, we went to see “Annie get your gun” at Fair Park in Dallas. There was a fountain out in the courtyard. I took a coin and tossed it in, making the wish, “I wish to marry Mark Schnitzer.” I was 16 years old.
Today, 36 years later, he still takes my breath away.
Our experiences include world travel, two fabulous daughters, living in five US states and one foreign country, career changes, and a pandemic; and we’ve lived in love through it all. I’ve never been happier with another living soul (a.k.a. humanoid) as I am with my Mark Schnitzer.
