I’m still tingling from Mother’s Day yesterday. My daughters showered me with love and flowers. My far-away daughter called me and shared classic photos of us on social media. My close-by daughter made me brekky, also shared classic photos on social media, then made me cocktails. I feel very loved and proud of our two strong, independent young women.
We also delivered lunch to our moms…social distance prevented hugs, but not love and appreciation.
Scrolling on Facebook, my heart was happy to see my Mom friends also enjoying their kids and what life looks like with children.
Today, day 58 in quarantine, I reflect on days and years gone by, and what our world’s future looks like.
