Errands: post office, grocery store, dry cleaners. Mindset: I’m grateful for my ENM life, my car, our little city that’s easy to get around.
Weather here: snow, more snow, wet ground, some slippery areas. Mindset: It’s one of the four seasons I don’t love but have learned to tolerate. I have cute scarves and hats & gloves.
Meals: I’ve perfected my chili recipe (secret ingredient cocoa powder), lentil soup, corned beef, and egg bites (a la Mark). The FUN is in the InstaPot!
