Happiness is an inside job.
Happiness comes from within.
I create happiness when I wake up and ‘create’ my day, and when I fall into bed at night with gratitude in my heart.
This morning I received an album filled with more pictures from the NY Empire Bike Tour from another rider. That made my heart sing! I loved seeing the same trip I took through someone else’s eyes. Some of our pictures were similar and some were vastly different. I’m happy to have her photos join mine in my album. I will recreate this trip in my mind as I look over the pictures with fondness.
Little things can make a big difference. “Sharing is caring!” I’m happy inside to have thoughtful and delightful friends, and on the outside to be able to smile at my great life.
