I made a few wishes, said them aloud, and lo and behold: they came true!!
Wish 1: Reunion with our friends of 35 years.
Reality: Here we are on the beautiful beach town of Kiawah island, SC spending quality time with some of our Baltimore friends. The daily includes 5+mile walks on the beach daily, followed by ~14 mile bike rides, sprinkle in pickle ball and a private Charleston city historic tour then fantastic happy hours and dinners and this BIG wish came to fruition. 🎉
Wish #2: I wanted to see an alligator. Reality: On our bike ride yesterday, Jen spotted a big one out in a lagoon!!!
Then as we were leaving the sighting, she saw a juvenile alligator on the bank of the water and we saw it speed off into the water. Bam💥

Reality: to be determined…
