Merry Christmas 🎅🤶 Mele Kalikimaka

Christmas is celebrated by billions of people, all over the world, today, December 25th.  As a religious and cultural holiday, families get together, friends meet, food is consumed, prayers are sealed, and spirits are high. For some, it’s not that way. For those, I send my deepest, heartfelt thoughts.

For me, Christmas is a special day because we’ve experienced many milestones on this day: 26 yrs ago, I felt my first baby kick inside of me; 25 yrs ago we got the keys to our first home in SoCal.; seven years ago our family moved to Abu Dhabi; and three years ago we moved to St. Charles, MO. That’s pretty merry!

Today, I wish you a very Merry, Happy, Peaceful, Joyful, and HEALTHY Christmas. However you celebrate or observe, know that you are in my heart and I wish only great and FUN things for you and your families.

My gift this year is a FULL nest: our daughter Emily is here from Honolulu, and I couldn’t be happier. She and Tara are enjoying their reunion as much as Mark and I are having her here and the jocularity that accompanies an extra kid in the apartment. I count our daughters among my greatest blessings. So this truly is a Merry, Happy Christmas for me.
