On our daily evening walks through the tall buildings, around the greenspaces, and passed the restaurants that were closed by the March 2020 lockdown, when we arrived in Dallas, we were delighted to see that #Wild Salsa, a Mexican restaurant has re-opened!!! In my excitement to begin my self-guided tour of the renovations, I met the GM, Amanda Flores, a beautiful, friendly, and terrific marketer. If you go there, tell Angela that Denise sent you! There is a lovely, colorful outside seating area, a cleverly decorated ladies room, a party room, a lovely bar, and wonderful Team-first servers. Our server, Colombian-born Alejandra G. made our experience glimmery and gratifying.
My HH enjoyed the trio of tacos (all GF) and I loved the barbacoa tostadas (all GF). I’d say this is all very good stuff. The glimmers of Dallas continue to excite and thrill me.
