Today the exploration took me to Golden, CO.
The Colorado Railroad museum to be exact. It’s a huge, wonderful, fascinating space filled with old trains, in a plethora of sizes and specifications, and all historic.
After a fantabulous lunch of burgers, fries, and onion rings, we had a VIP backstage tour of the Coors brewery. Ending at the employee pub for a cold one or two, the history and modernization of this company is something to behold.
All I can say is: Colorado has deep history, extraordinary people, and I want to come back. I’ve been told that I’ve seen more of Colorado than some people who have lived here for years. My reply, explore and say, “Hi!”
