April sunshine and shout-outs to 30 minute self love

Whether you live in a cold or warm climate, taking 30 minutes to move (walk, deep breathing, hard cardio) is easy and important to your overall mental and physical wellness.

I’m enrolled in a summit this week to learn more about mental wellness and mind-body connections. (www.mentalhealthglobalsummit.org) My former bosses, Lynne and Victor Brick are the founders of the foundation, (www.johnwbrickfoundation.org), and speakers Deepak Chopra, Wim Hof, Patrick Kennedy, and 60 others, are sharing knowledge and processes to further the awareness and success for healthy wellness.

After watching the first session, I’m lacing up my shoes and heading out for 30 minutes of sunshine and movement! In a cold place? Try a video (yogawithadrienne.com) or Zumba inside where it’s warm. Whatever you choose, make sure you’re feeling happy and refreshed, and invigorated after it’s done.
