I’m in New York City for family and FUN. We walked up and down the streets, peeking into shops, enjoying the pizza scents, and watching all the diverse faces. We saw Taylor Swift’s former home, ate a GF canolli, and I had ginger tea.
In a park, we watched a man feeding hundreds of birds. The birds flew away circled around and returned! Vendors set up tables around the perimeter of an empty fountain, now enjoyed by skateboarders, to sell books, soaps, and jewelry.
Being in “the city that never sleeps” makes for a lively vacation and meaningful few days to see family.
