Meet my new trail/levee companion: a 2020 TREK FX-1. Its specs: Lithium grey, lightweight, aluminum frame, 21 Shimano shifter speeds, and trail-ready tires.
I met Mark, at the Bike Mart on Lovers Lane, (https://www.bikemart.com/about/preston-hollow-pg3405.htm) when I went in to share my STOLEN bike poster. We chatted for a few minutes, then as I was leaving the store, my eye caught a glimpse of a row of bikes in front of the store. These are the gently loved bikes for sale. BINGO
After many minutes, a test ride in the rear parking lot, loads of questions, details about more rides in the area, and more questions, I made the purchase. Mark effortlessly loaded it into my car and wished me well. He is knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and patient!! He is a perfect salesman…he provided value and retained a customer, who’s now even happier.
