Rather than saying, when I ______ (fill in the blank for yourself) make enough money/lose the weight/it stops raining/it’s not so hot/the kids move out, etc. I say the right time is NOW!
Earlier this week I had my first Pickleball lesson with a professional coach. It was great, educational, cardio-filled, FUN, and addicting. Today, I have my first ‘game’ with another player, Chris, whom I met via an online group. I’m so excited and nervous. A new Empty Nester adventure.
I want to play well, get better, and have FUN.
I choose today to take on this new adventure/sport. I’m ready, Chris, and anyone else who wants to play! Let’s do this! It’ll be FUN.
