I scored some free tickets to the Lone Star Park horse races a few months ago. We went with some friends over the weekend and had a blast. It was an NDB for them, and an NDB going with friends for us.
Mark was a generous spectator while I HAD to try my hand at the betting machines. I followed my friend Rick’s lead, bought a $3 ticket, and bet on the horse wearing the PURPLE silk. That was my strategy. I did that three times. And won twice!!!
Do stuff your city offers. It’ll be FUN!
