An Empty Nester can come and go at will.
That’s what we did over the weekend. We drove 🚙 to Tulsa, OK, to celebrate with our friends Chris and Lark as their son tied the proverbial knot to his sweetie. Between wedding activities, we explored the area around the Arkansas River on a curvy, paved trail that paralleled a freight train track; we crossed over the River that identified all the cities that collectively make Historic Route 66; and we saw the historic marker for the Route 66 Auto Court. We’re back home, safe & sound, and properly partied.
