Take time: to sip morning coffee or tea, smell the flowers along a walk, watch a momma duck lead her babies to the water, and just be.
Take a breath: slow down a bit and enjoy the journey breathing in the goodness of fresh air.
Take in life around you: watch and notice the sounds, people, animals, waving trees, and new wall murals.
As we welcome Springtime, I’m focused on taking time, breaths, and notice. I also welcome a good belly laugh.
