Our wonderful week in Kiawah Island, SC is ‘done and dusted.’ The many NDBs and vivid memories are in my mind, on my iCloud, and forever in my heart. See previous blog posts for more details and pictures.
Bike riding jacked up to a new level: riding on the beach with the Atlantic Ocean on my side was spectacular.
Playing the game Pickleball added to my personal “I did it” list of sports.
Filling each morning with a 5-10 mile beach walk THEN a 10-15ish mile bike ride after a quick water break (on the same day) elevated my exercise ability in my mind to: “I didn’t know I could do all that!”
All the while, we were making new memories and having FUN. That’s what I love about vacations, friendships, new places, and learning new things.
