On the sixth day…
- I got back on my bike and rode through the city to the levee. My feelings are just as strong: I love the pace, the sunshine, the expanse, the views, the gravel, the sounds of the trains (DART and freight), and the wildlife.
- I enjoyed another GNO (dinner + comedy show) with girlfriends.
- We lit six candles on our menorah, as it’s the sixth night of Chanukah.
- I chatted with my #1 daughter, the married one! She’s fine and healthy and happy. That’s ALL a momma wants….well, and those calls.
- I haven’t seen my #2 daughter much lately due to her work and school schedules. She did show up for latkes the other night.
- Life is good. Celebrate everything. Don’t sweat the small stuff, and everything is small stuff.
