NDB*s getting better and more creative!
Last night, at the first GNO in Dallas, we created our own lipstick from scratch! We cleaned off and lightly scrubbed our lips, chose the color family, mixed in pigments, added a scent and texture, and after a few minutes, while it cured in a machine, we had a one-of-a-kind (repeatable) tube of lipstick. We could have recreated a discontinued favorite color, but we all chose new colors.
Between mixing, stirring, trying on, and adjusting, we laughed, sipped champagne, tried on each others’ creations, admired the lipstick ornaments on the Christmas tree, and laughed some more.
Girls having FUN was the object of the night. There’s no better therapy than being with friends.
Doing an NDB every day opens so many proverbial doors: new places, new people, new experiences, new colors of life. Some can be free, some cost money, some cost time, all have great worth. Share what you’ve done lately!
