Another Terrific Tuesday in the books. Today was Mexican food, a.k.a. Taco Tuesday. We rotate BBQ, Mexican, burgers, and sandwiches. We went to Meso Maya and it was fabulous. Josue, our server made it even better, by being attentive and friendly, and knowing the Gluten-Free options.
Mom had FUN and was game for errands after lunch too. I’m fortunate and grateful to spend these days with her. We have many years of FUN to look back on and hopefully more years to anticipate.
