Create a personal mantra: search positive quotes and print and distribute them in your line of sight.
Get out in nature: take a walk in the neighborhood; hike in the mountains, fields, or forests; ride a bicycle along a river, lake, stream (water is a very good relaxer), or take a leisurely car ride with the windows down and the radio up.
These two remedies work for me. What works for you?
