A little yoga in my day makes the packing feel like a ballet

Yoga is FUN and watching ballet is FUN.

Yesterday, I looked up where I could find a yoga class, near me, reasonable priced, and with good reviews. I found it!! I had so much FUN!!

I walked up .3 miles north, about six minutes, to the T. Boone Pickens YMCA and set up my purple Manduka mat in Anthony O’s class. Oh, what a treat!!! He asked me what kind of yoga I practice…and I told him Hatha, Vinyasa, and Bikram (hot yoga). So….he lead us yogis in a wonderful flow that hit every muscle group and brought me so much joy. I have been off my mat for too long now.

Anthony’s style is tranquil, smooth, and meticulous. The flow was perfect. I felt so great after that hour.

When I got home, I looked him up to see where and when else he teaches…Voila, he teaches in Richardson too, where we’ll be in August. Serendipity!

If you’re looking for a fabulous and FUN teacher, here you go: @anthonyreneotero. Check out his profile, classes, and community style.

After meeting Anthony and practicing yoga, I am in the best headspace to pack some more. We’re almost finished!! I’m pirouetting around our empty apartment. I promised my HH I would refrain from doing cartwheels. Stay tuned.

Aloha,

Denise
