Today, many Jews prepare to pray, fast, and forgive. On Yom Kippur, a traditional greeting is ‘G’mar chatima tova,’ meaning ‘May you be inscribed in the Book of Life for good.’ In Jewish tradition, one’s fate is decided on Rosh Hashanah and sealed on Yom Kippur.
May today be meaningful and healing for all who observe.
Aloha,
Denise
