Aloha, readers!
I spent a few minutes celebrating my accomplishment of writing and publishing 2500 blog posts. They began on Oahu in 2011 and highlighted having FUN and staying young for four years in Abu Dhabi, three years in St. Charles, four and a half years in downtown Dallas, and six months of travels as a digital nomad.
I’ve been so blessed for all the experiences that made me who I am. My book, Just say “Hi!” A world beyond Hello ( thank you, Julie K for the subtitle) highlights some extraordinary people, amazing experiences, and beautiful life lessons. It’s a love note, a thank you note, and a “Don’t miss…” note. It hit #1 Best Seller on Amazon. For that I am most grateful.
I am leaving on a jet plane in the morning to see my eldest daughter. I look forward to getting to know her Oahu ohana better. I’ll see some of my friends from my days on island. I’ll return after the new year… but I am taking a break from here. It’s not ever bye; it’s always a hui hou (until we meet again).
