Mark and I enjoyed a leisurely morning on the beach before heading to Dubai for the rest of the day. We walked around Dubai Mall, mixing in with all the crowds, there for their own Eid holiday outing. Then we went to the India Club, sandwiched between the Pakistan Club, the Iranian Club, and the Egyptian Club, near the beautiful Diera creek.
We were greeted with smiles, hugs and even a personal introduction to the crowd! When we stood up to the applause, I felt like a celebrity! Our gracious, generous and gorgeous hostess, Geeta, made us feel so special.
Then the big event: the physic entertainer, Mr. B (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQqOk4o6lY8)
I was fortunate to be on the receiving end of his “smiley ball” which was the golden ticket to go up on stage. Another audience member, Milas, and I were given our instructions. We complied and Mr. B. stunned us all! Mr. B wrote on a separate piece of paper the word my co-helper had chosen from the 500 pages of the book I held. How’d he do that!? Mr. B did other great “tricks” using his brain and really WOWed the audience.
