Another hidden gem

As mentioned, explained, documented, and spoken aloud, I love finding hidden gems. Places to go that are ‘off the beaten path’ that are not highly publicized or advertised. One such place is in Las Vegas and is not to be missed.

I previously wrote about the Dragon Park I discovered in Dallas, near Oak Lawn and Cedar Springs Roads. See

Yesterday, my HH and TB took me to another hidden gem, they found it last weekend, in the basement of a famous hotel. It’s a speakeasy open to the enlightened public. You must first find it, then use a special code to gain entrance, then ask for Frank the barkeep, for his exceptional mixologist skills. It’s comfortably decorated, responsibly distance-able, and offers a wide variety of liquid refreshments.

Hidden gem ~ a speakeasy that promises FUN once it’s found amongst the normalcy.

Keep seeking FUN! Hidden gems are all around.

Stay safe. Stay well. Stay positive!

I adore my family and friends, meeting new people, travel, food (Gluten-Free please), and belly-laughing. My mantra is "HAVE FUN EVERY DAY." I've lived in five US states and two foreign countries. I am grateful, blessed, and adventurous. I like to do NDBs (never done before.) I enjoy sharing my creative and crazy Empty Nester life and inspiring others to have FUN thus staying young.
