I woke up to fresh coffee. For that I’m grateful.
I know my kids are safe, healthy, happy, employed, and loved. For that I’m grateful.
I know that our efforts yesterday, walking the 5K on Team Love of Aging counted toward a mass goal.
I received my April stats for my 2021 Fitness Challenge. My legs, lungs, and heart are STILL working hard. For that I’m grateful.
I have errands to run today and people to take care of. For that I’m grateful.
I have our Community Circle call tonight with some extraordinary people. For that I’m grateful.
My heart is full and ready for this amazing day.
