New week, new goals, new gratitude

As I begin today, I will set new goals (long walks, drinking more water, doing more NDBs) and exhibit more gratitude for knowing the people in my life.

I am saddened by a long-ago friend’s death (RIP Ray) so I will consciously stay in gratitude for knowing him.

I will celebrate all the people in my life with moments of joy, gratitude, and reflection (thank you again, R & B, for a great week at the beach). Thank you to my HH for taking me on another fantabulous vacation and holding me tight in your loving arms.
