Three (3) asks today

Among the rides, walks, runs, reads, and meals that occupy my days, I also like to inspire, think, and plan.

Please move YOUR body too. Walk, run, dance!! It’s important to keep moving so your body stays healthy. It’s never too late and you’re never too old or young.

Please tell the Universe what you’re grateful for.
