I walked to lunch with my HH. We ate outside at the Jelly Cafe. Check.
I walk wherever I can to make a difference in the environment and to keep my legs and lungs fit.
There are neat findings when you’re on foot. Take notice. Have FUN!!! My Rx: walk a bit, then walk some more. It’s good medicine.
