We are back…and we’re supercharged!!

After several days of working on this site, my genius husband reached out to the web host and domain registration people, and now it’s “Fixed!!”

Some of the things Id like to share from this week:

Sunday, we had a full day: Baseball game: Rockies v Orioles (Orioles won) then we drove to Pine, CO to attend a private party of bands. Yes, every 45-minutes or so, a band played a set, then a different band came on and that repeated until we left at dusk. After we were settled in our our balcony, we looked and saw Saturn!

I found a yoga studio closes to our condo, a six minute walk to be precise. They offer loads of classes and I love this company: Black Swan Yoga.

Our building hosted a pot luck, and excited to meet our neighbors, we contributed two packages of mouth sized cupcakes, and met some of our neighbors. One neighbor even left homemade peach jam at our door the next day. The retired judge shared amazing stories with us as well as book recommendations. A beautifully dressed woman shared with us a market with great prices and wonderful foods*. Another man we spoke with told us stories of when he was in Viet nam. So many interesting, learned people. Saying, “Hi!” makes a world of difference in new situations.

I am most grateful to be back, and to share my “learnings” with you. Whether you’re traveling or sticking close to home, there are experiences and cool activities and people in your world.

I will explain about this wonderful food place and “learnings” in upcoming posts. Please stay tuned.

A hui hou.

Aloha,

Denise
